- To resolve your employment dispute, I represent you before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in settlement negotiations with your employer's representatives.
- The negotiations are facilitated by a mediator.
- $2,500 hybrid fee plus 1/3 contingency
Mediation In Federal or State Court
- To resolve your employment dispute, I represent you in a federal or state court in Delaware, Pennsylvania or New Jersey in settlement negotiations with your employer's representatives.
- The negotiations are facilitated by a federal magistrate judge, state court judge or other mediator.
- Fee to be determined by the complexity and value of the case
Litigation
- To resolve your employment dispute, I represent you in a federal or state court lawsuit in Delaware, Pennsylvania or New Jersey in all phases of the case from the filing of the complaint through trial and post-trial motions.
