Meet Erin L. Mortimer

Erin grew up in Elkton, Maryland near the Delaware border. She attended Elkton High School and knew at an early age that she wanted to be an attorney. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. After graduating from college, Erin decided to attend Widener University Delaware Law School to earn her law degree. When she took a class on employment law, she became interested in focusing her legal career on representing employees who experience injustice in the workplace.

Erin also served as a Law Clerk for Delaware's Office of Defense Services where she had the opportunity to observe various court proceedings, conduct legal research on various legal topics, and draft legal memoranda.
